Samson Ziyambe (Mr) Group SHE & Sustainabilty Consultant.	MSc Safety, Health and Environmental Management (MSU) BSc (Hons) Geo & Environmental Studies Certificate in Workplace Health & Safety Management. SHATCO SHE Advisor’s Training Course	Samson is the Group SHE & Sustainabilty Consultant. at ELWAS AFRICA. He has 19 years of work experience in developing and implementing management systems such as NOSA, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 9001. He has vast experience in conducting occupational hygiene assessments, SHEQ auditing, SHEQ systems training, EIAs, Behaviour Based Safety (BBS) and Forest Management System (FSC).He previously worked at The Wattle company as a SHE Officer and at Hippo Valley as Acting SHE Advisor.
Dr Happinos Marufu	PhD, Archaeology (University of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania)	Happinos Marufu is a Senior Archaeologist and Head of Archaeology Department employed by National Museums and Monuments of Zimbabwe, based at the Zimbabwe Museum of Human Sciences. He is a Ph.D holder in Archaeology and has vast experience in archaeological researches, archeological/ cultural impact assessments, museological practice and consultations in cultural heritage issues for more than 14 years. As an academician, Dr Marufu has contributed to the board of knowledge through publications in peer-reviewed journals, as well as lecturing at local universities.
Reginald Gwisai (Dr)	PhD in Environmental science MSc Environmental Science BSc. Environment Health	Reginald is an associate Consultant with ELWAS and a Lecturer at Bindura University of science Education. Dr Gwisai is an environmental health pollution quality management scientist with current research interests in waste management and pollution control , water, air and soil pollution, water resources development and management, wastewater issues, and the impacts of point pollution sources [e.g. mines, smelters and landfills] on both the environment human and health. He is currently teaching the following courses; Environmental and Social Impact Assessment; principles of industrial processes; food safety and meat hygiene
Donald Mlambo (Dr)	PhD in Forest Ecology MSc in Environmental Policy and Planning MSc in Forestry	Donald is a principal Scientist with over 16 year’s diverse experience in project management, planning, organizing, motivating and controlling resources. He has extensive experience in conducting research related to environmental issues with more than 17 scientific publications in peer-reviewed journals and books of international reputations. He has carried out projects in natural resource management, species conservation, water management, environmental conservation strategies, biodiversity surveys and ecological monitoring and environmental restoration.
Dr Winmore Kusena	PHD Geography and Environmental Science	Winmore is an environmental and social scientist interested in Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and livelihoods. Kusena is an esteemed practitioner and researcher in social justice and development interface. Her expertise is in citizen/community participation and project planning nexus. Winnie has vast experience in working with both urban and rural communities. She is a seasoned researcher and trainer with several protégés under her care. She is a versatile environmentalist, social scientist, Geographer, qualified ecologist, and an authority in Freshwater Resources Governance, gender mainstreaming, and Environmental Assessment and Management. Winmore is well acquainted with the national, regional, and international environmental legislation.
Cravlin Pachiti (Mr)	BSc Geography and Environmental Science (Monash University-South Africa)	Cravlin is a dedicated Environmental Scientist with more than 5years working experience from various industry types including retail, NGO and primarily SHE Consulting. By working collaboratively with management, staff and clients, from diverse industry types. Cravlin has acquired the right combination of skills and experience required to be an efficient Environmental Scientist. He is the Head of Operations  ELWAS Zimbabwe  and has specialised experience in conducting  ESIAs. He also engages in activities done in the Lab Services Water and Effluent, Air Quality, Industrial Hygiene, Systems and Standards, Legal Audits, Training, GIS, Research and Statistics and BBI Divisions.
Farai Chawana (Mr)	B.Sc. Hons Mechanical Engineering Master of Engineering Manufacturing Engineering & Operations Management.
Blessed Ziyambe (Mr)	B.Sc. Hons Electrical Engineering (UZ) Master of science in Mechatronics and Artificial Intelligence	Blessed is a renewable energy expert specialising in the design and development of renewable energy products. He also assists in climate change research, GHG emission inventory development, and conducting energy audits in industry.
Adelade Dengende (Mrs)	BSc Agriculture Economics (University of Zimbabwe) Post Graduate diploma in Food Security (University of KwaZulu Natal, South Africa)	Adelade is a seasoned Food Security and monitoring and evaluation specialist.
